Breathwork is a fast and easy way to get clarity about a situation, release old programs and patterns, and restore your physical, emotional and spiritual body to a state of wholeness. The breath is highly, naturally intuitive and will go straight to where it needs to go for your highest and greatest expansion.? Breathwork is a completely safe, natural healing tool that perfectly complements any other healing or therapies you may be doing. Whatever is left in your psyche that is not fully aligned with your truest self yet, bring it to the circle. Let's work it out together.

How to set up your space to join in online:

• Make sure you’re in a comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed for the length of the session (an hour and a half). It’s a good idea to tidy things up – it will raise the vibration of the space.

• Find a place where you can lie flat on your back. You could set up a yoga mat and/or blanket on the floor, or stretch out on your bed or couch. There shouldn’t be anything under your head – your spine needs to be straight to allow a clear, unobstructed flow of oxygen and energy. If you need something under your knees to support your back, go for it!

• If you have sage, palo santo, crystals, and/or candles, feel free to set them up! Make your space high vibe. A glass of water nearby is also a great idea. If you can take 10 minutes to be quiet before joining the call, this is ideal.
